Ron Mangus established Mangus, Inc. over 30 years ago as a specialist in luxury living in Steamboat Springs. Ron’s interest in construction began while working for his father in Denver, CO as a young apprentice. He has achieved the respect and trust of industry affiliates, colleagues and most importantly his clients with unmatched attention to detail and understanding the client’s vision.

Shea Mangus graduated in 2001 with a Bachelors of Science, in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Shea has worked with his father since he was 13 years old, and gradually took over the business after college graduation, as Ron geared down for retirement. Shea is proud to carry on the Mangus name and integrate the “family values” to create value and excellence in your family’s home.
