Very dear friends of ours visited us here in Steamboat last weekend. He is an architect and commercial developer; who really knows his stuff. These compliments from him are a very high form of flattery and I wanted to share them with you all because you’re the ones who deserve them.

Thanks again for a truly wonderful visit to Steamboat. We had a really great time. As mentioned, I think your house and everything related to it is truly outstanding. Being in the "business" to some extent, I really appreciate the exceptional lighting, details, finishes, timbers, etc. I don't think I have ever seen a better done Colorado home...and they have some pretty good ones in Aspen. You should be very proud of the home, family, and all you have accomplished in life, my friend.

We thought we should write you this letter to confirm our great pleasure in baving selected you to construct our home at 1772 Graystone Drive. The house is magnificent and your attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident in so many areas.

When we undertook this project, I don't think any of us had a sense of the scope .of the work and the level of detail that Bill Rangitsch had designed into the home. It was a complex job and required real craftsmanship and expertise. Your efforts have produced a home that was exactly what we wanted.

In addition to the quality of workmanship, we want to thank you for your personal attention and interest in our project. It has been apparent throughout the entire project that you care personally about the quality of what you produce -in some instances your level of interest and involvement exceeded even our own.

We would also be remiss in not specifically singling out Shea's leadership role on the job. We appreCiated very much his involvement, and frankly we know that with Shea working for Mangus Construction, the firm has the ability to continue its already long history of successful projects.
